    How to cancel your insurance at ARENA?

    Do you have an insurance contract with ARENA and want to cancel ?

    You can cancel your contract according to specific terms :

    • Following an incident : no later than 1 month after the claim payment refusal or notification.
    • In the event of change in insurance conditions or premium.
    • In case of reduced risk.
    • In the event of insolvency, withdrawal of the company’s authorization or arrangement with creditors.
    • If the effective date exceeds one year.

    Your cancellation request must be sent to ARENA :

    • By certified mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
    • Through a bailiff

    How to submit a complaint at ARENA?
